System Prompt AI (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website systemprompt.co. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you sign up for our newsletter, book a call, or contact us, we collect the information you provide (typically an email address, sometimes your name and company).
Information we collect automatically. When you visit the site, we collect standard server log information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We may use cookies or similar technologies to remember preferences. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To send you the newsletter you signed up for
- To respond to inquiries and schedule consultations
- To improve the website
- To comply with legal obligations
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business:
- Mailchimp — to deliver the newsletter
- TidyCal — to schedule calls
- AWS — to host the website
- GitHub / Vercel — to store and deploy the website code
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. Their use of your information is governed by their policies, not ours.
Your choices

Access, delete, or correct your data. Email brian@editorr.com and we’ll handle the request promptly.
Cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. If there’s a breach that affects you, we’ll let you know.
Children
The site is not intended for anyone under 13. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. If we make significant changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top.
