Content on the site is provided for general information. It’s not professional advice and you shouldn’t rely on it as such. We update content as we have time; we don’t guarantee it’s current or accurate at any given moment.
Our services
Engagements (Audits, Build Sprints, Fractional Advisor work, etc.) are governed by a separate written agreement (a Statement of Work or proposal) that we mutually sign before work begins. These Terms don’t replace that agreement; they cover your general use of this website.
Your conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the site to violate any law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
- Scrape or republish content at scale without permission
- Send spam, malware, or anything malicious through our contact forms
Intellectual property
All content on the site (text, images, code, design) is owned by System Prompt AI unless attributed otherwise. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale or republish blog posts without permission.

We link to outside tools and articles. We’re not responsible for what those sites do.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the website is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.
